We commit to sending you the best quality product within 3 working days of your order. If, for any reason there will be a delay in dispatching you your order we will contact you by email. You then have the right to cancel your order.
Returns and Refunds
We hope you will be absolutely delighted with your purchases. If you are not please return the goods, unused and in their original packaging, for a full refund (minus postage and packaging) within 7 days of receipt.If the goods appear to have been damaged in transit please contact us straight away and we will do our best to replace damaged items. Please note if you are returning goods, please get a proof of posting and allow 15 days this is the post office waiting time before any claim can be made.
Cancellations
If you decide to cancel your order please contact us by email and, assuming the order has not yet been dispatched, we will refund you in full.
If the order has already been shipped we ask that you return it within 7 days of receipt, intact, to us. This will be at your own expense and we will refund you the cost of the goods, minus the cost of postage and packaging.

Snazzy Soap will not pass any of your information to any other companies. The information you give us will be used solely by our staff, to offer you the best possible service. We will not bombard you with unsolicited emails but may, now and again, inform you of special offers or new products that we believe may be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive such emails please contact us.
